Much like last summer I wasn't very active on my blog due to fun summertime distractions. And in the spirit of last year, I'm going to do a recap of what it may have been like had I blogged in the Summer of 2015.

If I had blogged in the summer of 2015, I would have written about how we almost killed our dogs by taking them to Deep Creek. I'm quite relieved that they didn't die, because as you know, our entire lives seem to revolve around these fat little creatures.

I spent this past weekend in the very cold and very windy high desert for a music video shoot. The weather wasn't exactly working with us as you can see in the videos embedded below. My bike made it back back with a thousand tiny hairline scratches all over my tank, I slept in a centimeter of sand, and am still blowing dust out of my nose. All in all it was a pretty fun weekend.

Iron and Resin throws a helluva good party. This year they threw a far more populated Hooligan Hoedown. Little more cold too, I really need to get some new solo camping gear. Never the less, I loaded up my ghetto ass tent and headed to Los Padres National forest first thing Saturday morning with my neighbor Greg.

This is what it looked like before 100 tents surrounded us and kept me awake all night. Woke up at 4:30 am to a barfing drunk dude and then again at 6am to a drunk guy talking about how funny it was when his buddy was puking. I must be getting old.

Great getting to see some good folks again, like this hippy.

Thankfully they played for hours at their camp site. So good.

My ride home today was a wet, cold, epic descent from the mountains. Felt pretty good up there in the clouds.
